All products listed in our online catalogues are available for purchase. Orders can be placed via email or by simply calling one of our representatives.

 

Design Project orders may be placed as follows:

  • Step 1 – Choose the type of wood you wish used for your product.
  • Step 2 – Prepare and send us photos, sketches or a detailed description of the product(s) required.
  • Step 3 – Determine the quantity desired.
  • Step 4 – Mention details of etchings/decorative work if required.

 

Upon receiving the details and specifications of your project, a sample version of each item will be constructed by our design team . Following the customer’s approval of each design model, finished prototypes will be presented for final authorization before mass production begins.

Payment

Phoenix For Horeca accepts payments via bank transfer or payment on account. If you have any inquiries regarding payment information, please feel free to give us a call.

Shipping

Our experienced supply chain team is dedicated to providing assistance and information concerning the shipping process.
International orders can be shipped by our courier or collected by your own courier at your preference.

Returns

There is a 30% restocking charge associated with all returned products. Should you wish to return or exchange any items that you have purchased, please contact our office to confirm the address of our warehouse. You will then be provided with a unique return number so that your return is correctly allocated against your order.
